- 1/2 cup bourbon (or apple juice for a non-alcoholic version)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the bourbon (or apple juice), soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a rich marinade.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill on the griddle for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and charred.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions.
