Description

A flavorful and easy weeknight dinner with tender chicken thighs glazed in a rich bourbon marinade, perfect for cozy family nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup bourbon (or apple juice for a non-alcoholic version)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the bourbon (or apple juice), soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a rich marinade.
  2. Add the chicken to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill on the griddle for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and charred.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve garnished with sliced green onions.
