A delightful, nutritious no-bake protein bar recipe, perfect for busy mornings or after-school snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut or seed butter (like almond or sunflower seed)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate-flavored)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and any optional nuts or seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the nut or seed butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!
