A cozy weeknight wonder that combines the sweetness of barbecue sauce with hearty chicken on a crispy naan pizza base.

- Olive oil spray
- 4 slices naan
- Sweet barbecue sauce (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 1½ cups cooked chicken (grilled, roasted, or rotisserie)
- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked until slightly crispy and chopped)
- 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced vertically)
- Chopped cilantro (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃) and lightly spray 2 rimmed metal baking sheets with olive oil spray.
- Place 2 naans on each pan. Spoon a desired amount of barbecue sauce on top of each naan, spreading evenly while leaving about a 1/2 border around the edges.
- Sprinkle a little cheese on each naan before adding the chopped chicken and crispy turkey bacon.
- Top each pizza with more cheese for that delicious gooeyness! Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce over the top to pack in the flavor.
- Bake both pans on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted and the naan crust is golden brown.
- Finally, sprinkle minced cilantro on top before serving for a burst of fresh flavor.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different toppings and sauces to suit your taste. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and reheated in the oven.
