Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Yukon gold potatoes by washing them thoroughly and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Season the potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
