- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 packet active dry yeast

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mash the bananas in a separate bowl and mix them with the melted butter and vanilla. Combine this banana mixture into the yeast mixture.
- Add the flour and salt gradually, mixing to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread cinnamon, brown sugar, and sliced bananas evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, then cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and luscious for the frosting.
- Drizzle the frosting over the warm rolls and serve to delighted friends and family.
