- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (like parsley, dill, or basil)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with a light drizzle of olive oil, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down if they have skin.
- Spread the creamy mayonnaise mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
