Description

A creamy, tender baked salmon dish with a rich Parmesan and herb crust, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (like parsley, dill, or basil)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with a light drizzle of olive oil, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down if they have skin.
  5. Spread the creamy mayonnaise mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh, but leftovers can be used in salads or sandwiches.
