Description

A delightful and easy weeknight dish featuring tender salmon glazed with a sweet and tangy honey-cilantro-lime mixture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime slices for garnish (optional)
  • Foil for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together honey, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a large piece of foil.
  4. Brush the honey-lime mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Wrap the foil around the salmon to create a sealed packet.
  6. Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with lime slices, and serve hot.

Notes

You can prepare the honey-lime mixture a day in advance and store it in the fridge. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
