- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime slices for garnish (optional)
- Foil for wrapping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together honey, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a large piece of foil.
- Brush the honey-lime mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Wrap the foil around the salmon to create a sealed packet.
- Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with lime slices, and serve hot.
Notes
You can prepare the honey-lime mixture a day in advance and store it in the fridge. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
