Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined. Your hands are the best tool for this job!
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter—imagine little bites of joy!
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space around each one for air circulation.
