Description

Delicious air fryer meatballs that are tender, juicy, and perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined. Your hands are the best tool for this job!
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter—imagine little bites of joy!
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space around each one for air circulation.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown. Don’t forget to enjoy that heavenly aroma!
  7. Serve with marinara sauce on the side or nestled on a bed of spaghetti or in a sub to create a delicious meatball sandwich.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with various herbs, spices, and meats to suit your taste. Make-ahead magic is possible by preparing the meatball mixture a day in advance.
