Description

A creamy garlic sauce that enhances pizza, pasta, and breadsticks with rich, velvety texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and use immediately for pizzas, breadsticks, or pasta.

Notes

This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently before serving.
