- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots)
- 4 large tortillas
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce and mix until well coated.
- Lay the tortillas flat and place lettuce leaves on each tortilla.
- Add the chicken and sweet chili mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Top with mixed veggies, scattering them over the chicken.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
