Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, laying them flat to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, covering it well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and serve warm.
