Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until they become translucent and fragrant.
- Add the diced jalapenos and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the softened cream cheese and milk. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until it melts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
