Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced jalapenos
  • 1 onion, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until they become translucent and fragrant.
  2. Add the diced jalapenos and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the softened cream cheese and milk. Stir until fully melted and creamy.

Notes

This soup can be made ahead and reheated when ready to serve. For a tangy twist, swap cream cheese for sour cream or Greek yogurt.
