- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried basil

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in the slow cooker, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle them generously with salt and pepper.
- Pour the crushed tomatoes over the chicken.
- Add in the heavy cream and dried basil. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- When it’s time to serve, ladle the creamy sauce over rice or pasta, garnishing with fresh basil if desired.
