Instructions

- Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Layer the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the beef broth over the brisket.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Once cooked, gently remove the brisket from the slow cooker and allow it to rest before slicing or shredding.
