Instructions

  1. Season the brisket generously with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs.
  2. Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Layer the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. Pour the beef broth over the brisket.
  5. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. Once cooked, gently remove the brisket from the slow cooker and allow it to rest before slicing or shredding.

Notes
