Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oats, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Freeze any leftover dough by shaping it into balls and placing them on a baking sheet to freeze.
