Description

Deliciously easy peanut butter cookies that are perfect for any occasion, bringing warmth and nostalgia with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl, mixing until well combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet and gently flatten each one with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
