- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl, mixing until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and gently flatten each one with a fork.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
