Description

These Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls combine the warmth of homemade cinnamon rolls with the sweet, juicy goodness of peaches, perfect for brunch or a cozy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add in the softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until a soft dough forms; it should feel a little sticky but manageable.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Spread the diced peaches evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the peaches.
  7. Starting at one end, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  8. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
  11. Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls and serve.

Notes

You can prepare the rolls the night before and refrigerate. Bake fresh in the morning for a delightful treat.
