Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Begin by chopping your garlic and any desired vegetables.
- Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken breasts, cooking until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sauté the garlic: Once the chicken is browned, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broth: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in the noodles: Add the egg noodles to the broth, stirring to combine, then simmer for 8–10 minutes, until al dente.
