Description

A comforting and quick one-pan meal featuring tender chicken and creamy buttered noodles, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Begin by chopping your garlic and any desired vegetables.
  2. Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken breasts, cooking until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sauté the garlic: Once the chicken is browned, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the broth: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Stir in the noodles: Add the egg noodles to the broth, stirring to combine, then simmer for 8–10 minutes, until al dente.
  6. Finish with butter and parsley: Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter and fresh parsley.
