Quick and easy Mediterranean mini lahmacun bites topped with a creamy yogurt drizzle, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.

- 1 cup ground beef or lamb
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, grated
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini pita or flatbreads
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, finely chopped onion, grated tomato, chopped parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Spread a generous portion of the meat mixture on each mini pita or flatbread.
- Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the meat is cooked through.
- While the bites are baking, mix together the yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Once the lahmacun bites are out of the oven, drizzle the garlicky yogurt over the warm bites and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, swap the meat with finely chopped mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
