- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Add in the chopped pecans and transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top turns golden and the oats set perfectly.
