Description

A quick and easy Lime Chicken Party recipe that bursts with bright, zesty flavors, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
