Instructions
- Combine the beef, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a large pot or slow cooker. Stir gently to mix the flavors together.
- Let it cook on low for 360-480 minutes until the beef is tender and infused with delicious flavors.
- Add the sliced carrots and bell peppers in the last hour of cooking for a lovely crunch.
- Cook the noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Serve the beef mixture over the noodles, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
