- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (or sugar-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer, oven, or a pan on medium heat so that everything is hot and ready.
- Combine almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture until well coated.
- If you’re air frying: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- For baking: Place the shrimp on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or until they’re crispy.
- If you prefer pan-frying: Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the cooked shrimp and garnish with green onions.
