Description

A crispy, flavorful keto-friendly shrimp dish, perfect for easy dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (or sugar-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer, oven, or a pan on medium heat so that everything is hot and ready.
  2. Combine almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture until well coated.
  4. If you’re air frying: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  5. For baking: Place the shrimp on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or until they’re crispy.
  6. If you prefer pan-frying: Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  8. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked shrimp and garnish with green onions.
