- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Top each chicken breast with crumbled feta and drizzle with hot honey.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
