Description

A cozy weeknight dish featuring golden-brown chicken breasts topped with creamy feta and a drizzle of spicy-sweet hot honey.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Top each chicken breast with crumbled feta and drizzle with hot honey.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
