Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, ensuring they’re nicely coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, allowing them plenty of room to get golden and crisp.
- In a separate pan, cook the chopped turkey bacon until it becomes crispy.
- Drizzle the honey over the cooked bacon and mix well to combine.
- Pour the turkey bacon and honey mixture over the potatoes and toss evenly.
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through until the potatoes are tender and golden.
