Description

A deliciously creamy and protein-packed dessert that captures the essence of nostalgia with layers of cheesecake and berries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese (2% MF)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup berries (or more)

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the cottage cheese to a large food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until it transforms into a smooth and creamy texture.
  2. Next, drizzle in the maple syrup and blend again until everything is beautifully combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the whipped cottage cheese with the Greek yogurt until completely combined.
  4. Now, layer! Grab your favorite jars and begin with a base of graham crackers. Add a scoop of the cheesecake mixture on top.
  5. Next, sprinkle in another layer of graham crackers, followed by a handful of berries.
  6. Finally, top off each jar with more cheesecake mixture and garnish with extra berries when ready to serve.
