Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix them with the melted butter until fully combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form a solid crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
- Spread the lemon cream mixture over the Oreo crust, creating a fluffy layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until the dessert is set.
