Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of Oreo cookies with a zesty lemon cream filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix them with the melted butter until fully combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form a solid crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  4. Spread the lemon cream mixture over the Oreo crust, creating a fluffy layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until the dessert is set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
