A refreshing and creamy fruit salad that brings the essence of summer to any gathering.

- 1 30-oz can fruit cocktail in juice
- 1 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
- 1 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
- 1 24-oz container of sour cream
- 1 box orange flavored gelatin
Instructions
- Begin by pouring all the canned fruit into a colander over the sink. Allow the juices to drain for about four hours.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and the box of orange jello. Stir until it’s completely combined.
- Add the drained fruit and mini marshmallows into the bowl. Gently stir to coat everything.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Give it a gentle stir right before serving; then, scoop it out and enjoy chilled!

This salad is best when made ahead of time and chilled for optimal flavor.
