- 2 oz. mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Spread the creamy herb sauce generously on one slice of whole-wheat bread.
- Layer with sliced cucumbers, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, luscious mozzarella, and creamy avocado.
- Top with the second slice of whole-wheat bread and press down gently.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately or pack for a picnic!
