- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares

- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl for a fragrant marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating colors.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Notes
