  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Toss the chicken, quartered baby red potatoes, and carrot chunks into your slow cooker.
  2. Mix the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour and Coat: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken and veggies, stirring gently to coat.
  4. Set It and Forget It: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
