Description

A creamy and comforting frozen yogurt recipe made with Greek yogurt and your choice of fruit, perfect for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup of your favorite fruit (berries, mango, or banana)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the Greek yogurt, your choice of fruit, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup, blending again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lidded freezer-safe container.
  4. Freeze for about 4-6 hours. Check at 4 hours for desired texture.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before scooping to serve.

Notes

You can make this frozen yogurt up to a week in advance. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
