- Burger buns

Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into loose balls—don’t pack them too tightly!
- Place the beef balls on the griddle and use a spatula to smash them flat.
- Season each burger with a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cook the burgers for about 2-3 minutes until a golden crust forms, then flip and add cheese if desired.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle until warm and slightly crispy.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and condiments.
