Description

Quick and delicious smash burgers that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfect for any weeknight dinner or gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Burger buns
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion (for toppings)
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into loose balls—don’t pack them too tightly!
  3. Place the beef balls on the griddle and use a spatula to smash them flat.
  4. Season each burger with a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the burgers for about 2-3 minutes until a golden crust forms, then flip and add cheese if desired.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the griddle until warm and slightly crispy.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and condiments.

Notes

Make-Ahead Option: Shape beef balls ahead of time. Store in the fridge until ready to cook.
