Instructions

- Chop the carrots, potatoes, and onion into bite-sized pieces, then mince the garlic. Add them around the chicken in the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything, ensuring the veggies are just covered. Sprinkle dried thyme on top.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours.
