Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add the chicken broth, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the cooked chicken, shred it, and return it to the crock pot.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked pasta, garnished with fresh basil.
