- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each salmon piece in flour, dip into the egg wash, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the salmon bites for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss the crispy salmon bites in the Bang Bang sauce and serve hot.
