Description

A vibrant salad combining earthy ingredients with creamy dressing and a delightful crunch from Fritos, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Fritos
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, halved cherry tomatoes, Fritos, and chopped red onion. Toss to blend.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and gently toss to coat.
  4. Serve chilled, allowing to chill for at least an hour for flavors to meld.
