Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or oil.
- In a large bowl, blend the cottage cheese, eggs, and optional sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
