Description

Delightful no-bake clusters of creamy Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries, wrapped in rich chocolate. A perfect sweet treat for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. This will yield approximately 10 clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the clusters are completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a safe bowl in 15 or 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, using a spoon for full coverage.
  6. Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Freeze for a few more minutes to let the chocolate harden before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with other fruits or toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
