- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix (prepared according to box instructions)
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to the instructions on the box, and let them cool completely.
- Wash, dry, and chop the strawberries into bite-sized pieces, then spread them into an even layer on top of the baked brownies.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle generously over the strawberries.
- Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle, then slice into squares before serving.
Notes
For clean cuts, use a warm knife to slice through the brownies. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
