- 2 chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 cups steamed broccoli

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in the orzo pasta along with 3 cups of water or broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Stir in the steamed broccoli and parmesan cheese until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
