Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  5. Split the hoagie rolls and fill them with the chicken and pepper mixture.
  6. Top each sandwich with a slice of provolone cheese.
  7. Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
