Description
A mouthwatering twist on a classic Chicken Philly Cheese Steaks, filled with tender chicken, sautéed peppers, and melted provolone cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice thinly.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Return the sliced chicken to the skillet, mixing it gently with the veggies.
- Split the hoagie rolls and fill them with the chicken and pepper mixture.
- Top each sandwich with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to customize with different veggies or cheeses. Leftovers can be enjoyed cold or reheated.
