Description

A healthy twist on classic pizza with a ground chicken crust, perfect for family dinners and movie nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., marinara sauce, veggies, additional cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve hot.
