Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of choice (e.g., marinara sauce, veggies, additional cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve hot.
