- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Mix the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well-coated.
- Lay the sliced chicken breast on one slice of bread.
- Top with the dressed romaine lettuce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the second slice of bread on top and press down gently.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
