  3. For grilled chicken, cook on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. For baked chicken, place it in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until perfectly tender.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing; this helps retain the juices.
