Description

Warm and cheesy broccoli cheese balls that are perfect for a comforting meal or fun party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop your cooked broccoli into small pieces and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
