- 2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop your cooked broccoli into small pieces and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
