A hearty one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and creamy cheddar cheese, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings.

- 2 lbs chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 lb turkey bacon
- 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2–3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat, adding a thin coat of oil to the surface.
- Add the diced Yukon gold potatoes to one side of the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Lay the turkey bacon on the other half of the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set it aside, then flip the potatoes if needed.
- Add the cubed chicken to the grill, seasoning it and the potatoes with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until it’s no longer pink inside.
- Combine the chicken and potatoes in a skillet, layer with cheddar cheese and bacon, and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill and let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
Prep ahead by cubing chicken and potatoes the night before. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
