A cozy twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard mixed together)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once cooked through, remove the beef from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the cooked beef at the center, topped with shredded lettuce, pickles, cheese, and special sauce.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
Notes
Leftover wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for a quick meal.
