Description

A cozy twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard mixed together)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Once cooked through, remove the beef from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the cooked beef at the center, topped with shredded lettuce, pickles, cheese, and special sauce.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a portable meal.

Notes

Leftover wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for a quick meal.
