Ingredients

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
