Description

A creamy and nostalgic pasta salad inspired by the iconic Big Mac, perfect for family gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
