Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and sea salt in a medium bowl until blended.
- Combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in another bowl until creamy.
- Add dry ingredients into the wet mixture; stir until a smooth dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
